How to Play Yukon Solitaire
Objective: Move all 52 cards to the four foundation piles, building them up by suit from Ace to King.
Key Differences from Klondike
No Stock Pile: All 52 cards are dealt to the tableau at the start - complete visibility!
Flexible Movement: You can move any face-up card along with all cards below it, regardless of sequence
Same Building Rules: Build down in alternating colors (red on black, black on red)
Kings Only: Only Kings can fill empty tableau columns
Yukon Solitaire Initial Setup: All 52 cards are dealt across 7 tableau piles with no stock pile — every card is on the table from the start. The 4 empty foundation piles (top-left) are where you build each suit from Ace to King to win.
Basic Rules
Build tableau sequences in descending order with alternating colors
Move any face-up card and all cards beneath it (even if not in sequence)
Foundation piles build up by suit from Ace to King
Empty tableau spaces can only be filled with Kings
Winning Strategy Tips
Plan ahead carefully - With all cards visible, think several moves ahead
Expose face-down cards first - Priority is revealing hidden cards
Use the flexible movement wisely - Moving large groups of cards can free up stuck positions
Create empty columns strategically - Save them for Kings that unlock important cards
Don't rush to foundations - Keep cards in tableau for flexibility when possible
